Three of my images have been accepted into the annual SNAP Photography Exhibit, a show featuring selected works by some of Nashville’s best fine-art photographers. The Society of Nashville Artistic Photographers‘ annual juried show, hosted by the Gordon Jewish Community Center, features 40 images, this year chosen by fine-art and commercial photographer Jerry Park. 138 photographs were submitted for consideration.
My images selected for the show are Then and Now, Six Ducks, and Knoxville Rain.
Then and Now contrasts Nashville’s history and future with abstract reflections of old and historic structures downtown in the glass of new construction rising across the street. Six Ducks is a foggy morning scene on Percy Priest Lake in Nashville. Knoxville Rain shows a view of downtown Knoxville across Gay Street Bridge during a heavy rainstorm. Prints are available for purchase – to inquire about purchasing details use the contact form.
The exhibition will be up through the month of August The artists reception is August 9, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Location is 801 Percy Warner Boulevard, Nashville.
