Going Somewhere
Greenville, South Carolina

Photo taken from the lobby of the city’s first “skyscraper,” the 10-story Chamber of Commerce building built in 1825. Directly across the Main Street square is the Greenville County Courthouse, built in 1918, and to its right the Westin Poinsett Hotel, built in 1925. All three are on the National Register of Historic Places.
