Busy Bloggers

My son, who turns three a month from today, has a pat answer for when you ask him to do something and he doesn't want to do it.

"Bennett, sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star."

"I can't."

"Why not?"

"I'm busy."

You may have noticed I haven't been writing a lot here in the last several days.

I'm busy.

But the good news is, if you're looking for a daily fix of Tennessee political news and commentary, BillHobbs.com isn't your only source. I have several others listed on my blogroll. Why, just a few moments ago I was visiting Mark Rose's blog. Lot's of good stuff there - and he's not just a blogger, he's also a newspaper columnist. And a good one, too. If he wasn't a conservative it would not be long before he'd be working at a big-city daily.

The great thing about the blogosphere (and its close cousin the onlinemagazineosphere) is the variety of voices, and if one blogger is busy or feeling a little burned out or just doesn't have anything he or she feels driven to dig into and write about, there are always other bloggers busy blogging away.
