Why Aid To Africa Doesn't Help - But Wolfowitz Just Might

Glenn Reynolds comments on a must-read article from Max Boot about the futility of pouring more financial aid into Africa: "Maybe the next concert should be called Liber8." ... Max Boot's article reminds me of why I'm happy that Paul Wolfowitz is the new head of the World Bank. ...
