If you ever wanted to see a demonstration of why blog-based online interactive multi-player grassroots journalism can be better at providing more comprehensive, in-depth and on-going coverage of an important story than traditional media, just compare the work that I and Barry - aided by several comment-writers and emailers - have done on this story compared to the one rather lame story done by one local daily newspaper and the zero stories done by any other local media.
