Campfield on Kelo

State Rep. Stacey Campfield, Tennessee's first blogging legislator, has some very good thoughts about private property rights and the Kelo v. New London decision handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday. Campfield is proposing legislation to reign in abuse of "eminent domain" powers by state and local governments in Tennessee.
