If her scoop is as big as she's been hinting, Tuesday might be a good day for a credible Republican challenger to announce his or her candidacy for the governor's job. I am not sure about any big scoop but three of Tenncare's most used drugs will go generic next year droping the cost and allowing the Gov to bring back on to Tenncare more people. This will give the apearence that the gov's "reform" is working, even though it has more to do with patent law then any "reform". Many other future cost savings were brought up (none were because of any thing the gov did) when the alternative safty net option was being pushed. The gov didn't want to hear it. Many feel the gov cut extra heavy so he can bring back on some people in an election year looking like the great reformer of Tenncare. The rep Posted by: at June 11, 2005 10:43 PMI want to thank you for all you have done and are still doing for people like me. We are the people of TennCare. We need to stand up and be heard or we will die.... God Bless You.. Post a comment
