Latte Grande

Over at The Entrepreneurial Mind, Jeff Cornwall is attempting to answer the question, "What is a small business?" The issue is how does the government define the "small" in "small business" for the purpose of various government programs, regulations, etc. Now, I don't know the exact definition but I think I know a small business when I see one. This definitely a small business by its nature. But if the owner franchise its operations, it could be a big business.
