"Ethics" Bill To Die In Committee Isn't an Ethics Bill At All

Here is some good news out of the Tennessee state Senate, where state Sen. Tim Burchett, R-Knoxville, may actually do the right thing on an important issue and vote to kill a so-called "ethics" bill that Democrats are pushing that has nothing to do with ethics and everything to do with lessening the ability of the state Republican Party to raise money.
