Stepping Stone

Matt White offers a little different perspective on Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen who, as Matt drily notes, left Nashville with a host of expensive problems, and upon becoming governor promptly cut the state budget from $20 billion down to $25 billion. He also has some thoughts on how Bredesen is letting electoral politics rather than effective policy drive his TennCare cuts. Read the whole thing - and remember, Matt worked in the legislature and saw the Bredesen administration in action close-up.

It took some time but I am very thankful to you for showing me the truth about Phil Bredesen. Now that I see what sort of incompetant boob this guy is it just makes me sick! This man is not qualified for high office. CRACKED DRYWALL IN THE FIREHALL! Now that's what I'm talking about.

Matt White seems like a highly educated, highly qualified man with extensive experience in government and he should know what he is talking about. We have a serious problem here and I am contacting the local media in order to bring their attention to this issue since I firmly believe the people of the state of TN should know about this.

Now we have an issue here that we can campaign on. There will no doubt be plenty of campaign ads with photos of those drywalls up close and personal, cracks and all. We'll just see about this.
