A History of the Recent Future?

Is this a history of the recent future of the news media? Or just another paranoia-driven attack on blogging?

Paranoia wins. It was interesting for 2/3 of the way. The belief that the discussion of democracy would end, and that journalistic ethics are somehow going to fall, rather than improve with greater and more rapid scrutiny is weak. It was interesting either way.

Quite a interesting take on the future. In some sort of strange way it pararells a book i'm reading, Fatherland, a novel of what life would be like if Hilter had won.Googlezon, interesting, but are we still looking forward to the war? Googlezon against Mircosoft.world? But in truth is not EPIC really a comedy of truth about us all? A collection of shallow trivia or truth, maybe?
