« In, But Not Of | Main | Today's Key Reads » October 20, 2004MoveOver.orgI just got my most recent email from MoveOn.org. Yeah, I know, I don't like them. But I signed up for their email newsletter so I could keep an eye on them. Click "read more" for the text... Dear MoveOn member, When your grandchildren ask where you were for the election of 2004, answer proudly - the front lines! This historic election will be won or lost in the last 72 hours, in a few battleground neighborhoods. If you can spend a few days on the road, please come join us as we get out the vote in these critical areas. It's fun work - MoveOn members tend to hit it off - and it could make all the difference on November 2nd.Or, you can help the good guys win. Posted in Campaign Season

Go ahead and post the URL for the web site. We can all sign up, then show up over with the Bush 72-hour project, and the Left can get stuck with paper they don't have enough people to hand out to. Heck, you think they already aren't doing the same thing? Oh, wait a minute. That would be deceitful.... Are we above that? Posted by: havoc at October 20, 2004 12:17 PMWe should be above it. There's no need to succumb to DNC-styled antics. Posted by: Leigh at October 20, 2004 04:28 PMI don't see it as particularly deceitful to obtain open source information by legal and available means about where Democrat activists will be working in order to effectively plan and stage pro-Bush activities to distract from and rebut the Democrat show. That's just politics and marketing. Posted by: submandave at October 20, 2004 05:22 PMOf course it would be the Dems suggesting taking days off of work to do this - Real employment that requires commitment is unheard of in their socialist-skewed world. You will here my heartly laugh throughout the nation when Kerry gets crushed on Nov 2. SOTG Posted by: Son Of The Godfather at October 21, 2004 02:23 AMAnd eventually the laughter will subside as reality sets in.... Posted by: SemiPundit at October 21, 2004 01:05 PMMoveon.com can keep moving on away from my house. I am not changing my mind. If you show up you will be arrested. I did not appreciate the phone call from one of your people. My husband is alive and well and was sitting at home beside me when they called and I was interupted rudely while talking to a fellow cancer survivor. Bet that surprised them that he was at home.
