The Kurdish Vote

Today's Tennessean has an interesting story about how Kurdish immigrants who have become American citizens plan to vote in the presidential race. It seems is if they lean Democratic but many plan to vote for George W. Bush. Nashville has the largest Kurdish population of any city in America.

I am trying to confirm a story which indicates Nashville shall be a location for local/regional Iraqi nationals residing here shall be able to vote in the January 30 Iraqi national elections.
