Here's another report out of Tallahassee where ACORN, a left-wing group, has been exposed in voter registration fraud, including disposing of voter registration applications filled out be Republicans. Some enterprising Florida lawyer ought to file a lawsuit against ACORN on behalf of any Republican in Florida who filled out a voter registration application provided them by ACORN but shows up at the polls on Nov. 2 and is not on the rolls. Also, here's a story updating the situation in Racine, Wisconsin, where members of the liberal partisan group Project Vote were deputized as city voting registrars. Fired Project Vote worker Robert Marquise Blakely of Milwaukee told the Journal Sentinel last week that he had not met with any of the people whose voter registration applications he signed, an apparent violation of state law.For more on Project Vote's Democratic Party ties click here. Would RICO apply to something like this? Having a disenfranchised vote get triple compensation. Posted by: Gary and the Samoyeds at October 6, 2004 11:04 AMOverseasVote 2004 I am a US citizen living in Costa Rica. Several weeks ago I came across an internet add for Overseas Vote 2004. Although I had already applied to my home state of FL for an absentee ballot I read their online stuff, noting that if I had already applied for another ballot, this one would take precedence. (I can't remember the exact wording on the site, but something to that effect.) Because there are NO postal codes or street addresses in CR, getting mail from the States is a real hit and miss affair. Since I had not received my FL ballot yet, I figured it wouldn't hurt to get a backup. I followed their links, supplying the information the web site requested. An additional requirement was a SIGNED faxed copy of my application. Only at the bottom of the last page did I discover that this was a Kerry site, not a Govt. site. Although it has now been about three weeks, I still have not gotten a ballot from them. My immediate concern now, seeing how ruthlessly the DNC is cheating now, is whether my signature could somehow be appended to my absentee ballot at their HQ, and submitted as if it was me voting? If I ever get my FL absentee ballot, it would be interesting to see if I end up "voting" twice, and cancelling myself out. If I don't get ANY ballot, I'm afraid somehow I will end up having a vote for Kerry cast in my name, and I'll never know any better! God bless you for the wonderful work you are doing. Thank you.
