Memogate: Dan, Rather Arrogant

Pat Buchanan isn't good for much these days, but his commentary on Dan Rather and memogate is worth a read. And Buchanan, who worked for Nixon, knows a thing or two about how arrogance can lead to a fall from grace.

Also ... sorry I don't recall where I saw it, but someone on the web pointed out that all CBS and Dan Rather managed to do over the last week or so, besides torch their own credibility and expose their partisan bias, is prove that George W. Bush did not receive preferential treatment or favors in order to get into the National Guard.

Speaking of arrogant... did you read this from Seattle...radio station fired a talk show host for criticism of Rather... OK, so it was a CBS affiliate. They should have given him a medal!
