A Costly Decision

Steven Forrest has had a handful of posts in the past few days and weeks on a recent FCC decision that the New York Times says in this story in Monday's edition will likely drive up the cost of sending voice calls over the Internet, and may hamper the growth of the VoIP (voice-over Internet telephony) industry.
