Bill, the table is from a CPA news release. I just formatted it because they goofed it up big time. I just posted a series of items from post-war Germany. They detail poorly trained troops, many, many executions, horrific crimes against the civilian population, poor planning, starvation, and hundreds of thousands of detainees.
