People have actually auctioned GMail invites on eBay for serious money, though the price has come down as the number of available invites has risen. Supply and demand. Still, they're worth something. Make me an offer! UPDATE: Two are gone - one to a blogger who is going to give three of the six GMail account invites GMail gives him to the GMail4Troops.com project, another to a co-worker. Wow. Didn't know that existed. I could donate my three. Or I could give them to three people, who would each then have 6 invites, under terms that would require them to give three to gmail4troops.
