Free Advice

Jeff Cornwall has six pieces of good advice for small businesses as the economic boom gains momentum. Cornwall, a professor of business and consultan on entrepreneurship, says that, during the last economic boom, "the single biggest impediment keeping the entrepreneurs I was working with from growing was staffing problems. They could not hire the right people when they needed them to take advantage of a growing market."

If you're running a small business, I urge you to read the whole thing.
