A map being found in Iraq, showing a big red bulls' eye on the block that Rall lives on with the annotation "Put WMDs Here, light fuse, run like hell" in Arabic, signed by Saddam? In addition, that was one hell of a strategic decision--to hide or get rid of his weapons of last resort so they wouldn't be found, knowing that the most powerful nation on earth would soon take over his country. It was a strategic decision based upon previous experience, in which he did hide or move weapons, knowing that the most corrupt world body on earth would cover his ass. He was responsible for their cash flow, after all.
