« U.S. Finds Way to Sao Tome | Main | Cowards » May 13, 2004It Takes a Church to Raise a Christian
Tod was kind enough to send me a free copy after I emailed him about it, and I have enjoyed reading it, and am encouraged by it. Church can be more than a lecture series, or a debating society, or a social club, or a Jesus-themed rock concert. It can be a powerful force for changing lives. Consider this a teaser. I'll have comments on the book soon after I finish reading it... Posted in Religion

I cannot agree more. For some, church is an event that is attended. The impact it has on their lives is negligible. For others, church is a launching point for relationships with other Christians, for ministry and outreach, for personal growth and accountability.
