Delay Delay Delay

NASHVILLE - Here is a link to the legislation pending in the Tennessee legislature, which I wrote about yesterday, that would delay the release of the final report from the "Independent" Tax Structure Study Commission - virtually certain to include a recommendation for a state income tax - past the November election.
