Cornwall considers the new report from the UN’s Commission on the Private Sector and Development, titled Unleashing Entrepreneurship: Making Business Work for the Poor, and finds it strikes a good note: "The primary recommendation is, you guessed it, break down barriers created by governmental bureaucracy and get out of the way."
