UPDATE: THe Coalition of Bah Humbug says Libya giving up its WMD programs is not a big deal. UPDATE: From the New York Times: "British officials said that Sir Nigel Sheinwald, Mr. Blair's national security adviser, and Condoleezza Rice, Mr. Bush's national security adviser, were involved in intense negotiations with Libyan officials in the days leading up to Libya's declaration.
