Please!

60,000 people turned out in the Florida heat Sunday to hear from Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin. The Miami Herald has the story. McCain campaign, if you're reading this, send her to Nashville. I guarantee you we'd fill LP Field.

Meanwhile, out west, Palin gives McCain a fighting chance to win several states that were sliding toward Obama, says Idiaho Statesmen writer Rocky Barker, including Montana, Nevada, New Mexico and maybe even Colorado.

I'm sure they've forgotten about rebuking you and the state party over those racist press releases. Just give them a call!

What racist press releases, Chris? There was nothing even remotely racial about the "Proud" video that so many on the Left screamed was racist.

And not even our most controversial press release had any racial content. Not in the least. The release spotlighted some issues involving Sen. Obama's friends, influences and policy predilections that all became newsworthy months later:

Obama's questionable level of support for the security of Israel.

Farrakhan.

Obama's foreign policy adviser Robert "Friend to Hamas" Malley - who the campaign later fired for the very kinds of things we cited in our press release.

And William Ayers, the unrepentant terrorist who helped launch young Obama's early political career.

Frankly, except for a single use of Barry O's middle name and the use of a photo first circulated by the Hillary Clinton campaign, the release was unobjectionable and most certainly not racist.

McCain*Palin have TN in the bag. Palin's services can be best used in the battleground states!
