Obama a Drag on Tennessee Dems?

The latest poll from Ayers, McHenry finds that "the McCain-Obama match-up is clearly a help to Republicans in Tennessee. Details, and desperate Dem spin, at NashvillePost.com.
Meanwhile, a forthcoming poll from the Los Angeles Times finds Obama is "underperforming nationally."

Considering they don't poll any other races besides the Presidential and Senate race; and Lamar Alexander has a higher approval rating and MOV than John McCain, I'm not sure how we come to the conclusion that Obama is a drag on the ticket.

Sometimes it seems disquieting poles are the result of deliberate skew as tools for motivating overconfident supporters.

Are you incapable of reading with accurate comprehension? The headline of my blog post had a question mark, not a period or exclamation point.

But we do know this: Bredesen's high popularity resulted in negligible to zero coattails in the last legislative election cycle, and now he's a lame duck not on the ballot and his administration is facing a potentially major corruption scandal involving the THP.
