Campfield

The Knoxville News Sentinel thoroughly misrepresents one of state Rep. Stacey Campfield's legislative proposals in its story on his Republican Primary win:

Campfield passed no bills during the General Assembly's last session but has earned a reputation over the years for stirring up controversy with some of his proposals for legislation. Some of those bills included a proposal to let some fathers cut off child-support payments...
Bzzzzzzzzzz. False!

The facts: Campfield's legislation would have allowed men to stop paying child support if genetic testing proved they weren't the father after all.

Now do you really think that the MSM is gonna let a little thing like FACTS get in the way of their story? Hmmmm???
