Know Any Candidates Who Need a Website?

As recently noted by A.C. Kleinheider at Post Politics, I've been building a series of websites for Republican candidates for the Tennessee state legislature, all built using the same basic template. As Kleinheider noted, the Tennessee Republican Party is offering the website-building service to all bona fide Republican candidates, even candidates in contested primaries (because we can't play favorites in contested primaries). We're building the sites for the candidates at minimal cost to the candidates - they pay for their domain name and hosting - by using low-cost and free tools such as the open-source WordPress content management software.

If you are a Republican running for a state legislative seat in some other state than Tennessee, I'm authorized to build you a website using the same template, for a small fee - a fee designed to be significantly lower than what most web designers would charge you, so you can use those precious campaign funds for other needs such as direct mail, campaign travel costs, advertising, or GOTV efforts. The site is designed so that it can quickly be reconfigured into an electronic newsletter for your constituents after you win.

If you are interested - after looking at some of the sites listed below - please contact me at bill-at-billhobbs.com. Your website can be up and running in just a few hours, and a few minutes of training is all it takes for you or someone on your campaign staff to update the site with new content.

Here are some of the sites (which are still in various stages of being filled with content, but you get the idea of what they look like and how they function):
