« Krumm To Baghdad | Main | Abandoning the Murderous "Religion of Peace" for the Prince of Peace » April 4, 2008Covering His Tracks
I haven't reviewed the video, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the crucial section missing as Naifeh has done this before. That's right, this is not the first time that the official video of a legislative event involving the powerful House Speaker - whose office controls the video system and archives - has managed to somehow not include video of similar events involving Naifeh's rather creative abuse of parliamentary procedure. It's not even the second time. Posted in Tennessee Government News

If the video is being turned off to avoid sharing selected events from the viewing public, that's disgraceful. I sure wish someone would come forward who was there and can confirm whether that is what happened. Posted by: Christian at April 4, 2008 12:44 PMIf this were done in a county commission meeting, the Comptroller would have a fit and did according to a 2007 Overton County Audit, Adobe Page 167/171 on the Comptrollers Web Site. The auditors found missing and out of sequence pages. It seems like there is some kind of law out there about altering a public document. I think the intended context was in buying, selling or leasing something for the county but the result is the same, only the people you are trying to fool changes. Posted by: Danny L. Newton at April 8, 2008 12:57 AMSurely we should be getting used to these actions by Commissar Naifeh. If there is no "offical" record where's the proof?
