I snapped this cellphone photo of a hot air balloon shortly after it landed Saturday at the corner of Highway 96 and Mack Hatcher Parkway in Franklin, Tennessee. Hot air balloons often dot the skies over Williamson County on good-weather days. You can barely tell it, as the balloon was already collapsing, but its design is that of the Tennessee state flag. Not sure who owns it, but I find it hard to believe tax dollars paid for it. Posted in Photoblogging
