I've never heard of the blog or know anything about the case, but there are a few basic things to know about libel law. 1. Truth is an absolute defense. 2. Opinion, no matter how derogatory, is protected by the First Amendment. 3. It is very difficult for public figures to win libel cases. Posted in Blogging
