The Grand-Standing Governor and the Town That Almost Died of Thirst

Phil Bredesen's grand-standing on the issue of protecting Tennessee River water from being taken by other states doesn't make up for his administration's gross neglect of the state's water infrastructure needs for five years running, the Tennessee Republican Party said today.
