You know what's coming next ... they are going to get those new taxes on your folks one way or another. Perhaps they outta sell that 'illegal' Jack Daniels instead of pouring it down the drain. That would go a long way in solving the problems of your spendthrift politicians. The budget for the subsidies can not be set because it would depend upon the number of applicants that actually move or build.
