This legislation is not only blatantly anti-competitive, but it looks to me as though the method used to sneak it through the legislative process without much time for public notice and reaction is... well, unethical. I spoke to Mr. Bucy of the Tennessee Association of Realtors who assured me that changing legislation completely at the last minute is a common occurrence in TN.

Is this truly the way democracy works in your state?
