What? You didn't know that we'd found Saddam's WMD bunkers? There's a reason for that... The Republicans won't touch this because it would reveal the incompetence of the Bush administration in failing to neutralise the danger of Iraqi WMD. The Democrats won't touch it because it would show President Bush was right to invade Iraq in the first place. It is an axis of embarrassment.It gets worse. Read the whole thing. Did you read the whole thing? Because once you cut through Phillips' rhetoric and supposition, the only substantiated claim he can make is that there are some concrete bunkers in the south. She admits as much at the end: Of course, we don't know whether any of this is true. But given Dave Gaubatz's testimony, shouldn't someone be trying to find out?So, if I were you, I'd be careful making such bold claims that we "found Saddam's WMD bunkers".
