Oops

The Sunday Tennessean has a pretty good story on the problem of misinformationon Wikipedia: Wary of Wikipedia
Global search engine's accuracy questioned
. Except, Wikipedia isn't a search engine.

I was reading The Tennessean's "Corrections" yesterday or the day before and noticed the paper made a new mistake while correcting an earlier mistake. The Tennessee driving certificates were created in 2004, not 1994 as stated in the "Corrections."

Watching the (absence of) pre-dawn throws in my neighborhood recently, I realized I am the only Tennessean subscriber herein. I believe I deserve some kind of award for that. Possibly the Squandered Money Award.

I find that the Tennessean carries its fair share of misinformation, perhaps more than its share. Obviously, it's holier than the rest of us. That should be spelled hole-ier, perhaps?
