Inconsistencies in Anti-Blogger Legislation Explanations

tnflag.jpgA.C. Kleinheider spotlights the inconsistencies in state Rep. Rob Briley's explanations about the anti-blogger legislation he filed in the state legislature. Briley first defended the bill, then says he filed it inadvertently. Meanwhile, Sen. Jamie Woodson, who asked Briley to sponsor it in the House, now is blaming a UT law student for her assault on free speech. Also, it sounds like Tennessean political blogger Jennifer Peebles isn't quite buying Briley's "accidental filing" excuse.
