« Don't Just Talk the Talk | Main | I'm Smiling Too » November 9, 2006"Sell it on eBay"I've bought a few things on eBay before, but never sold anything there, so as my wife and I were doing a little "Spring cleaning" several months late and contemplating what to do with a lot of usable stuff we no longer need or want, we decided to give a lot to a local ministry, Graceworks, but also to sell a few things. So I decided to try selling one item on eBay - a pair of rather nice dressy women's boots that my wife has worn just once. Nearly a week later: no bids. So, if you know how to sell stuff on eBay, I'd appreciate your advice. And if you're a women and are in the market for a nice pair of boots, consider these. Meanwhile, we have several things we'll soon be putting up for sale, ranging from an old lawnmower that I'll let go for $10 to a very nice crib and changing table to a beautiful dining room table with eight chairs and buffet that's really too large for our dining room. I'm also going to sell a bunch of books. Plus, for you political junkies, I'll be selling an autographed out-of-print book by Jack Kemp, a Pat Buchanan autograph, and maybe that old Nixon-Lodge button, if I can find it.
