Did you know that the plaintiff is seeking the highest damage award ever sough in a defamation case? Did you know that the case may well redefine press freedom in Tennessee? You didn't? Well, now you do. What is still unclear is why the Tennessee and national news media aren't covering the lawsuit as the major news story with huge implications for press and blogger First Amendment free-speech freedoms that it is. I also searched the Tennessee Supreme Court website and failed to find anything about it on the docket in any division. Hence, my question. Where it is being heard.
