« The Battle of Franklin | Main | The Blog of War » October 5, 2006The Blogosphere's New Law-ManThe Nashville blogosphere has a new law-man - attorney Kevin Sharp, whose new blog explores the complex and often controversial world of employment law. Sharp, of Drescher & Sharp, represents employees in legal disputes with employers involving such things as EEOC discrimination and harassment claims, NLRB unfair labor practice claims, allegations of discrimination or harassment, non-compete covenants, retailiation claims, "whistleblower" claims for refusing to engage in or remain silent about illegal activities, FLSA violations, worker's comp claims and ERISA violation claims. Sharp has launched SharpEmploymentLaw.com. His latest post: Can't Find A Job? Go Back To School. The post before that one explains why "morbid obesity without a physiological cause is not a disability" under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Posted in On The Blogroll

Get used to this concept. There will be no more marching in the streets now that governents have been granted authority via the SCOTUS to regulate speech. Remember the analogies between gun control and freedom of speech? The Brady's laughed and said don't be foolish. Who'd have thought that speech would have the potential to become more regulated than firearms?
