Is the road open between Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach yet? Last visit was right after May primary and it was still closed and did not appear to be close at all to opening. Everything was just starting to open back up on our visit. The locals were very glad to see the tourists again. Posted by: HB at August 10, 2006 6:44 PM399 to Navarre, a road I had the pleasure of cycling once about 10 years ago, is not open and probably won't be for awhile. The Portofino seems a tad rough around the edges right now, as they complete tower 5 and start on 6 and 7, and also fix the hurricane damage to the grounds.
