Kathryn Bowers, awaiting trial on federal corruption charges, announced Monday she is resigning from the Legislature because of poor health. Wasn't there a bill passed this year that dealt with corrupt legislators? I think it only applies to new entering office holders though. It should have applied to ALL legislators.
