I like the first "this" Bill, I liked the first link with the regular photo of the skyline behind your name. You might consider dropping the ".com" from your header graphic, since its obvious Im at BillHobb.com, and it blocks part of the skyline photo. Truly love Options 0 and 6! Very professional and appropriate for the site. But it is a hard call between them. Option 5 ("neon") is the only one that I really don't care for, though Option 8 ("red") does kind of have a Communist/Workers-of-the-World-Unite (and thus unpleasant) feel to it.
