He's following in Teddy's footsteps. It was well known that Teddy was caught several times in possesion of a 2 ton projectile but given special treatment. He took aim at the Capitol police also. What would have happened had this been a Republican? Pelosi would have immediately called for an ethics investigation, hearings about corruption in the Capitol police department and of course a special prosecutor. Back in the days of Papa Joe's bootlegging, Eliot Ness referred to these masters of corruption as, "the untouchables". Looks like the Kennedys are continuing that legacy.
