Getting Senile in My Old Age

A week ago today was the fourth anniversary of my launch into the blogosphere. I forgot to mark the occassion, but this blogger noticed.

Here is what I posted on my first day in the blogosphere, Nov. 30, 2001. Both items were meant for readers of my column published the same day in the Nashville City Paper. Astute readers will note the different blog URL at the end of that column - it's still on the web, but I moved my archives to this site in December 2003 and started blogging here on Jan. 1, 2004.
