Gov. Rendell wants voter registration at the polls and states if the voting process is not changed (to aid the Dems), the final tally may not be available until December. We already have registration with drivers license application and renewals. It appears voter fraud is waiting to happen openly here in PA.Motor Voter registration is an open invitation to voter fraud in many states, as you don't have to prove citizenship in order to get a license, and checks on residency are notoriously lax.
