Of course the trial lawyers don't like it - it means a 40 percent cut in their income from worker's comp cases. Meanwhile, small business is happy about the reform. You should be too. Cutting the high cost of worker's comp insurance in Tennessee will mean increased job creation. More jobs is good. More money flowing into trial lawyers's pockets doesn't create more jobs, just wealthier trial lawyers. Comments
