Criminal probes into the administration of the previous governor of Tennessee (Don Sundquist) continue to mount. NewsChannel 5 reports that a grand jury is now seeking records from the Sundquist-era Department of Economic and Community Development. At the heart of the probe is a concern that the Sundquist administration steered lucrative state contracts toward businesses owned by friends of the governor.
