Internet Tax Ban Passes

The U.S. Senate voted 93-3 to pass a four-year ban on Internet access taxes, but the law is filled with exceptions and conditions. For example, states that already tax broadband access will be allowed to continue to do so for two years. The House has already passed a permanent ban, and the two positions must be reconciled.
